Where to check

Decisions post to the applicant portal, not your inbox — the email just says the portal updated. Check yours at www.cmu.edu.

Official timing straight from the school: Carnegie Mellon admissions.

Carnegie Mellon posts Regular Decision in batches over a couple of weeks rather than in one drop, so a quiet portal in mid-March doesn't mean anything yet. There is no Early Decision II round.
