Early Action isn't announced yet — expect January 2027. Utah guarantees that any freshman whose application is complete by December 1 gets a decision no later than mid-January.

Early Action

Regular Decision

Regular Decision isn't announced yet — expect April 2027. After December 1 Utah keeps releasing decisions on a rolling basis rather than on one day, right up to its April 1 final deadline for fall.

Utah releases decisions all through the fall as applications are completed, so plenty of students hear well before the mid-January guarantee. Merit scholarship and Honors College answers come separately, on February 1.
